Feast by Lidl Serves Up a Star-Studded Opening Night at The Chocolate Factory

Feast by Lidl, the immersive festive pop-up curated by Michelin-starred chef Oliver Dunne, officially opened its doors last night with an exclusive VIP preview event at The Chocolate Factory, Dublin.

Guests including Eadaoin Fitzmaurice, Gina Daly, James Patrice and Siobhan O’Hagan, to name a few, joined well-known media and special guests for a first look at the two-sided dining experience that dares to ask – Are you Naughty or Nice?

The dual-concept restaurant brings Lidl’s Deluxe Christmas range to life through two distinct five-course tasting menus – one celebrating traditional favourites and the other reimagining the nation’s most divisive festive dishes – perfectly paired with Lidl’s award-winning wines, beers and spirits, selected by Master of Wine Richard Bampfield.

Commenting on the experience, Oliver Dunne said:

“Feast by Lidl is a Christmas dining experience like no other. Christmas dinner is sacred — it’s about comfort, nostalgia and family — but food should also surprise you. Feast by Lidl takes the familiar and flips it on its head, proving that great food and great value can absolutely share the same table.”

Feast by Lidl ran from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th November at The Chocolate Factory, 26 King’s Inns Street, Dublin 1, offering diners the chance to decide whether they’re Naughty or Nice this Christmas.

All sittings for the weekend sold out in advance, and as a result of ticket sales, Lidl Ireland will donate proceeds to its charity partner, Family Carers Ireland, supporting the vital work they do for family carers across the country.

Guests were treated to an unforgettable festive dining experience that showcased the very best of Lidl’s Deluxe Christmas range, arriving in stores soon — bringing a taste of Feast by Lidl home for everyone to enjoy this Christmas.
