PAUL MCGRATH JOINS DOMINO’S PIZZA, SURPRISING FOOTBALL FANS WITH THE ULTIMATE SURPRISE DELIVERY

Domino’s, the nation’s best-loved pizza company, joined forces with Irish football legend Paul McGrath to surprise fans with an extra special delivery during the big match last week.

Domino’s posed a question to their social media followers asking which football legend they would most like to watch a game with. Tye Adamson, 24, commented on Twitter “with all the useless defending going on, a New Yorker with Paul McGrath in honour of his heroics in Giants Stadium at USA ‘94 would be a dream come true. OOH AH PAUL MCGRATH!!”

Tye and his friends were left in awe when they answered the door on Friday night to their Domino’s delivery, only to find football legend, Paul McGrath, on the doorstep with their order.

Paul McGrath spoke at the extraordinary delivery saying “What better way to enjoy the football than watching a nail-biting match with a Domino’s and your mates. I have great memories from playing myself, they all came back to me seeing Tye’s reaction. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Domino’s again to surprise some fans.”

Tye got the “biggest surprise ever”. He said, “It is still so surreal that I can now tell people I’ve shared a Domino’s with Paul McGrath. No one will ever believe me. None of the remaining matches will live up to that one, after watching it with Ireland’s greatest football legend and the lads.”

You can view how the night went for Paul, Tye and his friends on YouTube here.

Domino’s pizza is known for their Ultimate Surprise deliveries from Paul McGrath to Dave Moore. Alongside celebrity deliveries, they are also known to thank consumers with surprise gifts, including epic Halloween costumes and Christmas Baubles. Nobody delivers like Domino’s.
